Atomic V LED Hoops

The Classic (CL) build at $369.00 includes the LED hoop, keychain remote, hoop bag, and USB-C charging cable. It's perfect for beginners and casual hoopers who want beautiful LED light shows. The Advanced Features (AF) build at $499.00 adds Bluetooth connectivity to your phone, a pattern designer app (create custom patterns or download from pattern packs), and motion reaction technology that makes your hoop respond to your movement in real time. If you want to design custom light patterns for performances or want your hoop to react to your flow, AF is the way to go. Both builds feature the same 5th generation LED technology and handcrafted Colorado quality.

The Bluetooth app (AF only) connects your phone to your LED hoop wirelessly. The pattern designer lets you create completely custom light patterns from scratch, or download pre-made pattern packs from our community. You can design patterns that match your music, your style, or your performance theme. The motion reaction feature makes your hoop respond to your movement in real time — the faster you spin, the more intense the light show. It's like your hoop is dancing with you. Perfect for flow artists, performers, and anyone who wants to take their hooping to the next level.

Hoop size is measured as Internal Diameter (ID) — the inside measurement of the hoop circle. We offer 7 sizes: 25", 26", 27", 28", 29", 30", and 32" ID. Most beginners start with 28" or 29" ID. Smaller hoops (25"–28") are lighter and faster, great for tricks and advanced moves. Larger hoops (29"–32") are heavier and slower, better for flow and beginners. If you're between sizes, consider your height and experience level. Taller hoopers often prefer 29"–32", while shorter or more advanced hoopers prefer 25"–28". Not sure? Start with 28" — it's the most versatile size.

Standard Atomic V hoops come in polypro tubing with a sanded stripe inside for traction. Sizes 25"–28" use 5/8" polypro, while 29"–32" use 11/16" polypro. Polypro is lightweight, durable, and perfect for most hoopers. We also offer custom builds with HDPE tubing (heavier, more durable for heavy use) or 3/4" tubing (thicker, more substantial feel). Custom builds are available for any size. If you want something different from standard polypro, just let us know and we'll build it for you.

Both Classic and Advanced Features builds include: the LED hoop, a keychain remote (for changing light modes and patterns), a protective hoop bag for easy transport and storage, and a USB-C charging cable. The keychain remote is incredibly convenient — you can change modes mid-flow without stopping. The hoop bag keeps your hoop safe and makes it easy to take to festivals, flow jams, or anywhere you want to hoop. Everything you need to start hooping is in the box.

The Atomic V LED Hoop charges via USB-C, the same standard used by most modern phones and devices. Just plug the included USB-C cable into the hoop's charging port and connect it to any USB power source — a wall adapter, computer, power bank, or car charger. USB-C is fast, reliable, and universal. You probably already have USB-C cables at home, so charging is super convenient. A full charge takes about 2–3 hours depending on the battery level.

Yes! We offer custom builds for hoopers who want something unique. You can choose HDPE tubing instead of polypro, upgrade to 3/4" tubing for a thicker feel, or request a custom size outside our standard 25"–32" range. Custom builds are handcrafted in Colorado just like our standard hoops, with the same 5th generation LED technology and quality. Contact us with your custom specifications and we'll build exactly what you need. Custom builds typically take 2–3 weeks and pricing varies based on your specifications.

The Atomic V LED Hoop battery lasts approximately 6–8 hours of continuous use on a full charge, depending on which light patterns and brightness levels you're using. Brighter patterns and motion reaction (AF) use more battery than dimmer static patterns. For most hooping sessions, festivals, and flow jams, a full charge is more than enough. The USB-C charging is fast and convenient, so you can top up between sessions. If you're doing an all-day festival, consider bringing a portable USB power bank to charge on the go.
